PowSyBl optimizer

PowSyBl (Power System Blocks) is an open source library written in Java, dedicated to electrical grid modeling, simulation and visualisation, licensed under the Mozilla Public License version 2.0. It is part of LF Energy, an open source foundation focused on the energy sector, hosted within The Linux Foundation.

OpenReac is a reactive optimal power flow that gives a set of hypotheses for voltage and reactive controls by network equipment such as generators, shunt compensators and transformers. OpenReac can be used for network planning or in operation as well.
